ARISE is building an infrastructure that will identify and monitor all multicellular species in the Netherlands

An organized overview of all multicellular life in the Netherlands, and the infrastructure to semi-automatically identify all these species. This is what the ARISE project will achieve. Naturalis Biodiversity Center, the University of Amsterdam, the Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute and the University of Twente are working together on a biodiversity monitoring infrastructure that is the first of its kind
